What is Surrey Fitness Camps?

Surrey Fitness Camps are an outdoor fitness company whose main goal is to help you lose weight, gain muscle, improve endurance and get results. Our instructors are all qualified personal trainers, so you get the quality and fun training you need.

Who can join Surrey Fitness Camps?

Surrey Fitness Camps is for anyone who wants to improve their fitness and get results. Whatever your age and fitness level our sessions are designed to be fun and challenging and to push you to YOUR next level.

What kind of intensity can I expect?

Our fitness camps are designed to push you and we tailor it to your needs. We expect you to give 100% at all times and participate to your fullest ability. We work in a team setting that offers support and encouragement, but everyone is pushed to their personal fitness level.

What results can I expect?

Lose inches, reduced body fat, build lean muscle mass, improve your endurance, increase your energy, become strong, confident and feel great!

When does Surrey Fitness Camps operate?

We operate year round. Our fitness camps stop for nothing! In some locations, indoor venues are used due to weather that is not entirely conducive to working outdoors. We do endeavour to be outside as much as possible.

Will this kill me?

No. It has not killed anyone yet, and we have been teaching these classes for a very long time. If you die, you will be the first!

What times do you run classes at?

Our sessions offered at many different times at locations all over Surrey. We offer classes as early as 6:30am and as late as 8:00pm. Please look at the timetable to see our locations and times.

What if I am really unfit?

At all our camps we work with the individual as much as we work with the group. No one gets left behind and no one is expected to work at a pace that puts them at risk for injury. Everyone has different strengths and weaknesses. We ask that you always listen to your body, rest if you feel tired.

I hate running, do I have to run?

At your camp we do light jogs for warm up and running drills to keep your heart rate up. So be ready for cardio drills, but we will not be running long distances.

How do I pay?

You can sign up to a Surrey Fitness Camp online or in person at your camp. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and cheque. Through our direct debit option, we offer an affordable, convenient way to pay for you camp on a monthly basis.

What is your refund policy?

We do not do cash refunds. However, if you are to miss sessions you will be allowed to make them up. In the event you are not able to complete a sessions due to a medical condition, you will be given a credit for the remainder of the session to use once you are healthy again.

Is this class like the military? Will I be yelled at?

No way! - We are nothing like the military at all and you will not be yelled at. We like to have FUN and get FIT all at the same time. This will not be easy. It certainly will be a challenge, but we cater to all levels of fitness!

What if I can't make the session?

If you cannot make the session, please call/text your trainer of your fitness camp. You can make up for any session you may miss at another one of our camps. Subject to availability.

What if the weather is bad?

Our fitness camps still happen in all kinds of weather. Sessions are rarely cancelled. Please make sure you dress for the weather. If you miss a class for weather reasons, we will not be able to provide a credit.

What do I need to bring?

All we ask that you bring a yoga/sit up mat and a set of 5-8 lbs weights. We will supply the rest!
