Welcome to Surrey Fitness Camps

Surrey Fitness Camps is the latest fitness phenomenon, changing the way you exercise.

Our fitness camps combine cardio, strength training, agility exercises, circuit training, performing high tempo exercises such as squats, lunges, press ups, sit ups and aerobic drills to get you fit fast. This exciting cross-training approach to fitness will get you moving, seeing results and having more fun than you would at the gym.

Each camp is designed to so you will improve your fitness, tone and firm the whole body while increasing core strength and stability. Our training sessions will push and challenge you to your individual limit with an enormous sense of achievement when you finish each session. Make no mistake, you will get fit.

It doesn’t matter what age, sex, size, shape, super-fit or super-unfit you are - everyone is welcome and everyone WILL get results! Your training sessions will be fun, energising and motivating workouts in small groups of a maximum of 12 like-minded people.

Our fitness camps are at various times and locations throughout Surrey with each session one hour long.

Our instructors are the best in the south-east, bringing their different personalities to each camp meaning each sessions is never the same. Every class your trainer will give you the personal attention to keep you motivated and accelerate you towards achieving your goals.
