What is Surrey Fitness Camps?

We offer small group fitness sessions throughout Surrey. We can come to you – to your workplace or a nearby park and provide your office/colleagues with an exhilarating fitness session.

You name the time – morning, lunch hour or even after work. Each week consists of Boxercise, weight and circuit training, cardio, jogging and much more!

Our mission is to provide a fun-filled programme designed to challenge and motivate you. We promote fitness and its many benefits to individuals of all ages and genders. It's amazing the changes and experiences people have when they come to our fitness camps.

A professional instructor will come to your workplace and encourage your group to get moving, and seeing results such as:

Yoga mat and a set of weights (3kg for women, and 5kg for men).
