Extreme Camp - The Ultimate Workout

Want to be pushed to your absolute limit? More personal attention and an even tougher,
more intense workout than our normal Fitness Camp sessions? Flip tractor tyres
up to 100kgs, run up hills with Powerbags up to 30kgs, followed
by Kettlebells and finishing with sled dragging
– are you up for the challenge?
As part of a group of only four people, you will be pushed harder than our regular
Fitness Camps. The ‘Extreme Camps’ are four sessions that will be the mother of
all workouts and designed to give your fitness an almighty kick.
Suitability: These sessions are open to everyone that wants to
take on the challenge. We do ask/ensure that all group participants have a similar
level of fitness so each session works effectively for everyone.
Groups/Session length: These camps are for groups of only four
people and last 1 hour and 15 minutes each. If you haven’t got your own group, don’t
worry! We’ll put you together with other individual bookings in a suitable group.
When/where: All the ‘Extreme Camp’ sessions take place at Surrey
Sports Park in Guildford. The four sessions will be pre-booked with your instructor
to suit each group and can take place any daytime, evening or weekend.
